At Solent Specialist Physiotherapy, we are leaders in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of pelvic health conditions. Our highly experienced specialist physiotherapists use evidence-based techniques to provide accurate diagnoses, effective treatment plans, and long-term solutions tailored to your needs. If you are experiencing pelvic health concerns such as incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, or post-natal and menopausal symptoms, we are here to help. These conditions are common, but you do not have to live with them.Â
Our specialist pelvic health physiotherapist will take the time to have a sensitive and open discussion about your symptoms before conducting a thorough examination. We understand that this can be a difficult topic to talk about, so we prioritise your comfort and ensure you feel fully at ease throughout your consultation.Â
With expert care and a tailored approach, we aim to help you regain confidence and improve your quality of life. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, suffering from incontinence, or dealing with a prolapse, we are here to help you regain function, restore movement, and reduce pain.Â
Our goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you love—without pain or symptoms holding you back.
