We do not provide spinal injections directly. However, where clinically appropriate, we can refer you to trusted pain management or medical specialists who offer injection therapy as part of a wider treatment plan. We will always explain whether this is likely to be helpful in your specific case.

Where appropriate, yes. Imaging is not always necessary, but when it is clinically useful we can request and interpret imaging in the context of your symptoms and assessment findings.

Your first appointment includes a detailed assessment, movement and movement analysis relevant to your back or neck, a clear working diagnosis, and a structured plan for next steps.

We commonly assess and treat shoulder pain (including rotator cuff-related pain and persistent shoulder symptoms), elbow tendon pain such as tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, and a wide range of wrist and hand issues that affect grip strength, function and daily activities.

Our specialist service is built around high-level assessment and diagnosis, not just a standard exercise sheet. We focus on identifying the true driver of symptoms and providing clear clinical reasoning, appropriate pathways (including imaging and injections where indicated), and a structured plan.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area we need to assess. For shoulder appointments, a vest top is ideal. For elbow and wrist issues, clothing that allows sleeves to roll up is helpful.

Yes. Symptoms such as pins and needles, numbness, or pain that travels down the arm or leg can suggest nerve irritation. We will assess thoroughly to determine the most likely cause and guide you through the most appropriate next steps.

Yes. Many people are told their spine changes on imaging are the cause of pain, when in reality symptoms are often more manageable than they’ve been led to believe. We will assess your situation fully and guide you through a plan focused on function, confidence and long-term improvement.

Most initial appointments are 60 minutes, however if you feel you need more time, we can offer a longer 75 minute appointment. Follow ups are either 45 or 30minutes.
