Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No. You can arrange an appointment directly without a GP or consultant referral.
If you have been referred by a GP, consultant, or another healthcare professional, we’re very happy to work within that pathway and communicate as needed.

How do I know which specialist to see?
You don’t need to work this out alone.
Our service is organised by body area and clinical expertise. If you’re unsure which specialist is most appropriate, you can contact us and we’ll help guide you to the right clinician.
Â
Â
What happens at the initial assessment?
Your initial appointment focuses on understanding what is driving your symptoms.
This includes a detailed discussion, assessment, and clinical reasoning to arrive at a clear diagnosis and plan. Where appropriate, this may include discussion of rehabilitation, further investigation, or next steps.
Appointment length is selected based on clinical need.
Â
Â
Do you offer imaging such as MRI or ultrasound?
Where imaging is likely to meaningfully inform diagnosis or decision-making, we may recommend appropriate investigations such as X-ray, ultrasound, or MRI.
Any findings are interpreted within the clinical context rather than in isolation, to ensure decisions are guided by both assessment and evidence.
Â
Â
Do you offer injection therapy?
Injection therapy may be considered in selected cases as part of a broader management pathway.
This decision is always based on assessment, response to previous treatment, and individual circumstances. Injection therapy is not offered as a standalone or first-line treatment.
Â
Â
How many appointments will I need?
This varies depending on the nature of the problem, how long symptoms have been present, and how you respond to treatment.
Our focus is always on providing clarity around expected progression, rather than committing you to an open-ended course of treatment.
Â
Â
Do you treat persistent or long-standing pain?
Yes. Many patients attend after symptoms have not improved with previous treatment or where the diagnosis is unclear.
Our clinicians have experience managing persistent and complex presentations and focus on careful assessment, evidence-based rehabilitation, and appropriate escalation when required.
Â
Â
Do you offer women’s health physiotherapy?
Yes. Women’s health physiotherapy is provided by clinicians with specialist training and experience.
Care is delivered sensitively and within an evidence-based framework, with appointment length guided by individual needs.
Â
Â
Where are your clinics based?
We work across multiple clinic locations.
You can view all clinic locations on our Locations page and arrange an appointment at the most appropriate site.
Â
Â
What are your fees?
Our fees are based on appointment length and specialist expertise.
Full details can be found on our Fees page.
