Book with Suzanne
Suzanne Gray is a highly experienced Lower Limb Physiotherapist specialising in foot, ankle, and knee pain, with a particular focus on lower limb tendon injuries related to walking and running. She qualified as a physiotherapist in 1994 and holds a Master’s degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Therapy (2001), gaining MACP accreditation.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, Suzanne supports a wide range of patients — from active walkers to recreational and competitive runners — helping them return to pain-free movement and long-term function. She is known for her thorough assessments, clear diagnoses, and structured, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes, with a strong emphasis on biomechanics, tendon loading strategies, and patient education.
Suzanne has also completed a Level 7 Master’s module in Injection Therapy, enhancing her ability to manage persistent and complex musculoskeletal conditions within private practice and provide additional treatment options when appropriate.
What do I enjoy treating?
"I have a particular interest in managing lower limb tendon injuries and helping people return to the activities they enjoy — whether that’s pain-free walking, hiking, or running. I enjoy working with both active individuals and athletes, supporting them through structured rehabilitation that builds strength, resilience, and confidence over time.
Helping people understand their injury and how to load and move safely is a key part of my approach, and I find it especially rewarding when patients regain trust in their body and movement again."
A bit about me
"Outside the clinic, I spend a lot of time outdoors and can often be found on the trails of the South Downs or in Wales, exploring Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons. I completed the 3 Peaks Challenge last year, which sparked a real passion for trail running.
I’m also an avid triathlete and have completed three full Ironman events in Spain. I’m a British Triathlon Level 2 coach with Portsmouth Triathletes and enjoy supporting others in their training journeys. My favourite holiday destinations are Lanzarote and Mallorca, often combining time outdoors with training — I’ve cycled most of Lanzarote and completed many of the iconic cycling routes in Mallorca."
