Victoria Smith – Specialist Physiotherapist (Hip & Knee)

Victoria specialises in hip and knee pain, supporting patients who want clear answers, expert assessment and a structured plan — whether symptoms are new, persistent, or linked to sport and activity. She is known for her thorough approach and clear explanations, helping patients feel confident about the diagnosis and the next steps. Where appropriate, Victoria can also guide patients through imaging pathways and injection options as part of an evidence-based treatment plan.

Alongside their private practice, our clinicians hold Band 8 specialist roles within the NHS. Private clinic sessions are therefore delivered on selected days each week, allowing us to maintain active involvement in complex NHS pathways while offering specialist physiotherapy within Solent Specialist Physiotherapy.

This clinic is based in a private studio space with gym equipment, which allows us to assess and rehabilitate hip and knee problems in a more functional, real-world way — particularly for active individuals and return-to-sport goals.
