At Solent Specialist Physiotherapy, every body region is assessed and rehabilitated by a clinician with focused expertise in that area.

Osteoarthritis

Specialist assessment and management of osteoarthritis affecting the hip, knee, shoulder, spine, hand, foot, ankle and big toe. Care may include rehabilitation, imaging interpretation, injection therapy and guidance about when surgical opinion should be considered.

Tendinopathy

Assessment and progressive rehabilitation for tendon-related pain affecting the hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle. Treatment focuses on identifying the correct tendon, understanding its response to load and rebuilding strength and capacity.

Hip Conditions

Explore hip osteoarthritis, FAIS, acetabular dysplasia, gluteal tendon and cuff pathology, persistent hip and groin pain, and rehabilitation following hip surgery.

Knee Conditions

More Than an Exercise Programme

Our clinicians provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation, with access to imaging referral and interpretation, injection therapy and onward referral where clinically appropriate.

We work alongside GPs, orthopaedic consultants, rheumatology teams, imaging providers and other specialist services where needed, helping ensure that your care remains coordinated and that you understand the available options.
