What do I enjoy treating?
"I have a particular interest in spinal rehabilitation, including persistent back and neck pain, complex spinal conditions, and neurological presentations. I also enjoy treating knee conditions, especially where movement patterns, strength, and function need careful rehabilitation.
Supporting people to understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery is something I find especially rewarding. I enjoy developing rehabilitation programmes that are practical, progressive, and focused on helping people return to meaningful activities with confidence."
A bit about me
"Outside the clinic, I love spending time outdoors and enjoy trail running, hiking, cycling, and a wide range of water sports. Staying active helps me appreciate how important movement is for both physical and mental wellbeing.
I also value spending quality time with my children and understand how vital long-term health and mobility are for maintaining an active, fulfilling life. That perspective shapes how I work with my patients every day."
