Upper-limb pain can affect sleep, work, sport and everyday activities such as dressing, lifting, gripping and driving. Shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions can produce overlapping symptoms, so specialist assessment is important in identifying where the problem is coming from and deciding the most appropriate next step.
At Solent Specialist Physiotherapy, upper-limb care combines detailed clinical assessment, clear diagnosis and evidence-based rehabilitation. Where clinically appropriate, imaging, injection therapy and onward orthopaedic referral can also be considered as part of the wider treatment pathway.
